Randy Link
Founder and President
Randy has over 20 years
experience in software development and information technology
management. Randy founded Clearpath Innovations after ten years
as a technical manager at Procter & Gamble, where
he gained invaluable experience delivering complex projects with
global impact. In his last role with P & G, Randy was head of Information Technology for the companys Tambrands manufacturing facilities in North America.
As founder of Clearpath Innovations,
Randy brings considerable expertise to clients across the country,
with a focus on quality and execution. Specific technical skills
include a strong foundation in Microsoft .Net development for
Windows, Web and Mobile platforms, and extensive SQL Server and
Oracle database development skills. Randy actively engages in
development projects with clients and provides Microsoft .Net
training throughout New England.
Randy holds a Bachelors
degree in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from Vanderbilt
University, and a Masters degree in Business Administration
from Wright State University.
John Dailey
Director of Software Engineering
John is a rare
talent who has an ability to grasp complex requirements quickly,
convert the requirements into software development specifications,
and deliver air-tight code using best practices for object-oriented
programming. He consistently impresses our clients with his skills
in logic and execution and can be considered among the top software
engineers in Maine.
John has expertise in a variety
of software languages including VB and C#.Net, ASP.Net and related
web technologies, C++, C, COBOL, and Pascal; he has substantial
expertise with MS SQL Server and Oracle database platforms; and
he has experience across several operating systems including Windows,
Linux, UNIX, and VMWare.
John earned a Bachelors
of Science in Computer Science, with a minor in Mathematics, from
Virginia Polytechnic Institute, graduating Magna Cum Laude. John
is a Microsoft Certified Professional in .Net development.
